Donald Trump, the newly elected 45th President of the US, has a long history in the construction industry, and he made infrastructure spending a key aspect of his election campaign.


Throughout the campaign, he regularly referred to his construction expertise as a major strength in comparison to his rivals, and many of his policies focused on utilizing this experience to expand US infrastructure to drive economic growth and create jobs.
